Patient import review

Review imported accounts and any patient links that need attention. Automatic patient linking requires an exact full name and date of birth. Name-only matches and conflicting identifying details require pharmacist review. Confirm matching profiles or keep them separate in Patient matching. Missing details can be completed later. Local edits are preserved when they conflict with source changes.
