Client runs and EMR records are tracked separately. Forms are available in Documents and historical prescriptions in Prescriptions after patient linking. EMR coverage without an explicit source total is limited to loaded records.
Stored patient profiles
Automatic patient linking requires an exact full name and date of birth. Name-only matches and conflicting identifying details require pharmacist review. Confirm matching profiles or keep them separate in Patient matching.
Local changes are preserved. Consultations, prescriptions and documents remain labelled source records for review.
